Article 1 - Parties
This agreement is made between Gökçer Gür (hereinafter referred to as 'SELLER') and the person purchasing goods or services (hereinafter referred to as 'BUYER') within the terms and conditions specified below.

Article 3 - Subject of Contract
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, having the qualities mentioned in this agreement and at the price specified in this agreement, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling Regulations.
Article 4 - Product Information and Prices
The basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of products are listed on the website. Listed prices include VAT. The sales price is updated before ordering and the price valid at the time of order confirmation is applied.
Article 5 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within 3-15 business days from the order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the product preparation time. Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER and are specified at the time of order.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made with a credit card or bank card using iyzico's secure payment infrastructure. Installment options may vary depending on the bank and card type.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 6502, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without stating any reason.
Important Note: Products specially designed and produced for an individual (invitations, menus, etc.) are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Article 8 - Competent Court
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are competent.
